Here is a recipe for my grandmother's delicious blueberry pie.
5 cups fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 pie crusts (I use frozen pie crusts)
1 cup sugar
1⁄2 cup all-purpose flour
1⁄8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar
Mix the blueberries and lemon juice.
Combine sugar, flour and salt, then fold in blueberries. Add all to prepared pie shell. Place dots of butter on top.
Place pie pastry over filled pie and crimp edges. Cut slits to allow for steam to escape.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes.
